Chelsea was born and raised in the New Market area. She keeps busy as a wife and mom. Chelsea graduated in 2008 with a cosmetology license from The Career and Technology Center in Frederick. She then attended the Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica CA. In 2009, Chelsea came back to Maryland and has been a stylist at Shear Images ever since. She is known for her exceptional men’s cuts.
